Your sessions, built entirely around you. We focus on functional strength, real fitness, and a body that works well for the life you’re actually living — with an approach that’s safe, effective, and feels good to show up to.
Group Fitness
(max 4 people)
All the personalisation of private training, with the energy of doing it alongside other women who get it. These small-group sessions build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall fitness — in a space that’s supportive without being intimidating.
Boxing 4 Fitness
High-energy, music-driven, and genuinely fun. Using pad work, combos, and drills with a partner, this full-body class is one of those workouts you actually look forward to.
Pilates Mat
Pilates, but make it powerful. This dynamic, strength-focused class challenges your whole body — building the kind of deep, functional strength that shows up in everything you do.

Meet Your Trainer
Exercise has been a love of mine ever since I was a teenager doing aerobics to the tv! I turned that love for health and fitness into a career I love & became a Personal Trainer in 2012 and have never looked back! I have had extensive ongoing upskilling and training and am a qualifed Pilates Instructor and a Boxing for Fitness Coach. I also have taken a deep dive and courses into menopause and am now helping women navigate that period of their life so they can feel a million bucks! I will always ensure you are trained in a safe sustainable way so you enjoy your life and can maintain it forever.
